The Jewish Calendar 2003, now in its eighteenth year of publication, features treasures from the Skirball Cultural Center and Museum, on the Hebrew Union College campus in Los Angeles. The Skirball Museum preserves and exhibits a renowned collection of 25,000 pieces of Judaica from around the world, including painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, folk art, and more.

Like its predecessors, this year's calendar is illustrated in full color and spans sixteen months, from September 2002 to December 2003. It includes national and Jewish holidays, as well as Sabbath candle-lighting times, weekly Torah and Haftarah portions, a list of Jewish holidays through the year 2008, and four wallet-size calendars.
